Campaign Types:

Answering Machine Only
This type of campaign is designed to deliver messages only to your prospects home answering machine. No message will be played to any call that is answered by a live person.

Answering Machine and Live 
This campaign delivers messages to both answering machines and to people who answer the phone. You can leave the same message for both or play an alternate message for calls answered by a live person.

#1 - Direct Connect
This campaign delivers two separate messages.
One message is left for answering machines and a separate message is left for people who answer live. The message for the live answers gives the person called the option to press 1 to speak to your sales representative. When the person presses "1", they are directly connected to your inbound call center.
